Managed the operations for a religious non-profit, 501(c)(3) organization with a $500,000 annual budget. Designed, implemented, and enforced an entirely new set of policies alongside the Executive Director to help achieve financial and operational goals for the organization, streamline processes, and increase efficiencies. Also acted as creative director, lead designer, and head of marketing and communications

MAYMOON DESIGN
Freelance, pro bono work for Tinariwen, 2010
Initiated the design and sale of band t-shirts for Grammy award-winning musical group Tinariwen. Organized and managed merchandise sales at five concerts during their US tour. Raised $1,500 in profits for refugee relief
